Hadanael
3D and FMV analog-esque, horror game developed in Unity during a 48-hr game jam. The player is stuck in a hospital bed, no memory or understanding as to why. All the player can do is listen and follow the television's instructions. Once the player falls asleep, they dream about how they were caught and the true monster of this story.

Contributions
Programming:
Primarily focused on audio programming and videography presentation.
Developed ambient system that allowed level designers to place transforms for random audio to play.
Built the foundation for the television to play video and broadcast events at their completion.
Developed the logic for how videos play seamlessly on the title scene.
Audio:
Layered and distorted sound collected from the recorded videos.
Stripped FMV videos of audio and replaced it with soundscapes of increasing power, breadth, and distortion to heightening the player's overwhelmedness.
Recorded a multitude of whispers, knocks, breaths, and other unnerving sounds so that players would seldom hear the same sound twice.
Created the sound effect for the end jumpscare.
Utilized and edited through free and legal sounds to develop and flesh out the game's unique sound.
Recorded team members and myself speaking lines played on the television and synced them less after each item was grabbed.
Videography:
Filmed everything using my phone, including jumping into the ocean for the title screen.
Solely utilized Premiere Pro to customize and add effects to the videos such as:
Modifying the color saturations and hues of the videos.
Pixelating the videos to various degrees to simulate corruption.
Overlaying a VHS tape clip on top of all the videos.
Overlaying several clips together to simulate dizziness and confusion.
Embedded photos and video clips of other team members to add extra and unexpected levels of discomfort to the player.
Dressed and acted in the game as the masked cult leader character.
